Returns and Replacement Parts

Unwanted Products

If you change your mind then you may return any item up to 14 days after delivery. Goods requiring assembly are non-returnable once constructed. All items must be in an unused condition and have the original packaging. The return delivery cost is £35 and will be arranged by Bliss Furniture Limited. Returned products that are not in their original packaging will have a £30 repacking fee levied against any refund, however, this charge may be more and up to the full value of the product if the product shows evidence of being used and is not in its original condition. Faulty Products and Replacement Parts

If your products exhibits a fault or a manufacturing defect then you must report this within 5 working days from the date of delivery. To do this, please email us at info@blissfurniture.co.uk with your order details and photos identifying the faults or defects. We aim to respond to your email within 48 hours with a resolution.

All of our products are covered by a one year guarantee unless otherwise stated. Iif any of our products develop faults during this time, please contact us by email us at info@blissfurniture.co.uk with your order details and photos identifying the faults or defects. We aim to respond to your email within 48 hours with a resolution. Exceptions to this guarantee are:

1. General wear and tear
2. Faults due to misuse or inappropriate due care
3. Domestic products used in commercial environments

If your product is missing a part then you must report this within 5 working days from the date of delivery. To do this, please email us at info@blissfurniture.co.uk with your order details and a description of any missing parts. We aim to respond to your email within 48 hours with a resolution.

Incorrect Products

If you believe you have received any incorrect products then please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@blissfurniture.co.uk with your order details and details of the items received. Requests sent after 7 days will not be accepted, however we will always endeavour to resolve any issues to a mutually agreeable solution. Dimensions, colours and weights depicted on our website may vary slightly but if you feel the product has been misrepresented then please email us at info@blissfurniture.co.uk with your order details and query.
